What we collect

Your email address, the product you selected, your consent and signup time. If you choose to provide them, we also save your size preference and country. Campaign tags in the page link may be saved with your signup to understand which ads generated interest. Please don’t enter sensitive information.

How we use it

With your consent, we use your email to notify you about the launch of that product. We use product preferences and campaign information to plan our selection. This signup is not an order, reservation or subscription to unrelated marketing.

Storage and measurement

Signups are stored on our server with access limited to authorised operators and our hosting infrastructure. We do not sell the list or share it with Meta through this form. The pages count visits in aggregate by product and campaign; these are page views, not unique people. There are no advertising pixels or analytics cookies on these pages. Technical server logs and short-lived abuse controls help keep the service secure.

Retention and your choices

Waitlist records are deleted after 12 months. You can withdraw consent, request access, correction or deletion sooner by emailing info@karvia.net from the address you used to sign up. Withdrawing does not affect processing before withdrawal. You can also contact us about applicable data-protection rights or raise a concern with the relevant authority.
